BACKGROUND:  At the May 10th, 2022 City Council Meeting, Council approved the purchase of real estate located at 1203 West Loucks Avenue.  This ordinance is to amend the 2022-2023 Biennial Budget for the purchase of the real estate. 

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT:  The ordinance authorizes the use of $131,000 in Capital Fund Fund Balance.
