Body
BACKGROUND: Petitioner, Dawn Wilkie of Honegger Sign, on behalf of Willow Knolls Peoria IL, LLC is proposing to amend the existing special use for the Willow Knolls Shopping Center to install a 300 sq. ft. wall sign for the tenant space to be occupied by "Ollie's". The original special use for the shopping center includes a limitation for wall signs not to exceed 100 sq. ft. in size.

The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request, in case number PZ 992-2022, met the Findings of Fact and voted 5-0 to approve the request, subject to the following conditions:
1. One wall sign for entire tenant fa?ade.
2. Sign must be designed with individual channel cut letters and mounted without use of a raceway.

The condition for sign design is consistent with the previously approved Burlington Coat Factory's signage and the existing signs for other tenants within the shopping center.

See the attached case packet to the Planning & Zoning Commission case packet and meeting minutes for detailed information.
