BACKGROUND: Adam Pulley, partner from CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, will be here to present a brief presentation of the City of Peoria 2021 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. The report continues to include all component units as required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States.
We believe this report meets the requirements for the Government Finance Officers Association’s (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. The 2021 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report has been submitted to Government Finance Officers Association for consideration of the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. The City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report has received the award for the past twenty-one (21) years.
The audit package will be included in your Council packet. Also included as an attachment is the final 2021 financial report similar to the monthly report Council receives.
