BACKGROUND:  Matt Ruder, Co-Owner, Red Hat Enterprises, Inc. presented a Site Application to add a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. closing hours - Thurs, Fri & Sat) to an existing Class K (Rental Hall) Liquor License at 1001 SW Washington, Suite 5-201. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this request.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:  There were no neighborhood concerns expressed.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED: Alcoholic beverages can be sold and consumed at this establishment until 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:  This site will not be able to sell or serve any kind of alcohol after 1:00 a.m
