BACKGROUND: Scott Wood, Owner, Richards Under Main, Inc., d/b/a Richards Under Main, presented a request for a Class B (Restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 1 (4:00 a.m. Closing Hours) and a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) at 311 Main St. (Lower). The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
