A. APPROVE and Authorize the PURCHASE of Design and Specifications

B. APPROVE a SOLE SOURCE AGREEMENT with ZENDAVOR SIGN

ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG), in the Amount of $84,855.00; and,  
C. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE City Manager to Execute an  
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT between the City of Peoria and  
the COUNTY OF PEORIA under the FY2022 EDWARD BYRNE
